Booking Terms

  1. Minimum Booking Amount: To confirm your booking with The Traveler, a  deposit of 50% of the total package price is required. This amount secures your reservation and guarantees your spot on our tours or cruises.
  2. Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the departure date. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  3. Child Policy: Children under 3 years can stay for free when sharing a bed with parents. Children aged 3-8 years when sharing a bed with parents receive a 70% discount.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Please note that the initial booking deposit is refundable as per cancellation policy. For payment made through mobile banking or credit cards, transaction fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Changes to Booking

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show on the day of departure for any tour package or M. V. Glory cruise, no refund will be issued, and the full payment will be forfeited.
