  1. Minimum Booking Amount: A non-refundable deposit of Tk. 5,000 or 30% of the total package/cruise price (whichever is higher) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  2. Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the departure date. If full payment is not received within this period, your booking may be canceled without notice.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Rocket, Nagad), and bank transfers.
  4. Price Changes: Prices of tours and cruises are subject to change based on availability and currency fluctuations. If a change in price occurs after booking but before full payment, we will notify you immediately. If you choose to cancel due to a price change, the terms outlined in the cancellation policy apply.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following refund policies will apply:
    – Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus the booking deposit.
    – Cancellations made between 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total package price.
    – Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  2. Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel or modify a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, operational issues), we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we may offer an alternative date, a full refund, or a credit towards future bookings.
  3. No-Shows: If you fail to show up on the day of the departure, no refunds will be issued.

4. Changes to Your Booking

  1. Amendments: If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or modifying your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply.
  2. Changes by The Traveler: We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, schedules, or accommodation in the interest of your safety or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, transportation issues). We will always inform you of significant changes as soon as possible.

5. User Conduct
